Q1: I have received my commission statement for last month, but have not received any money?
A1:       Overseas payments are made at two stages:-

i) For a cheque payment, the amount of commission must be over AUS$250.00 in order to be paid out, as the bank fees for amounts under this do not warrant the issuing of a cheque. The money will be accumulated until AUS$250.00 until we receive news from the distributor that they would rather have the money paid out immediately

ii)                   For a direct deposit commission payment into your own account in your own currency, please fill out the commission payment form and the money will be deposited directly with a AUS$10.00 transaction fee. Please note that your commission must be AUS$110.00 or above in order to be able to transferred into your account.

 

Q2: I have not received any commission from my downline B. They are at the same level as me, but I should still receive my Growth Bonus?
A2: Growth Bonus applies at SUC, MAC and PRC Level. There are no requirements for SUC and MAC levels to qualify for Growth Bonus. However, in order for PRC to qualify to receive your Growth Bonus from your downline, you must meet certain requirements each month.

 

Q3: I have not received my PRC Benefits?
A3: As a PRC, there are requirements to be met before you can qualify to receive your PRC Benefits. You must acquire 500BVP in your group sales each month in order to receive your PRC Benefits. If you do not meet these requirements, your PRC Benefits will go to your direct upline. However, even if you didnt qualify, you will still receive 1% PGBVP PRC Benefit out of your group sales.

 

Q4: I have not received any information about the company or any newsletters in the past. How can I receive these?

Q5: I want to be promoted as fast as possible to the next level? How can I see how many sales I have made and how much I still need to do in ter
A5: Please order a genealogy from the company, these cost AUS$5.00 for overseas customers and can be sent to you via Email. Here you can see the sales breakdown for the last 6 months as well as the levels of all your downlines. If you need any help in reading this report, please contact us and we can help you with this.

 

Q6: I want to sign up as a member of Hsin Ten Australia. Do I have to buy a Sun Ancon Chi Machine in order to become a member?
A6: You can become a member of Hsin Ten Australia by just paying the AUS$38.00 (plus postage) membership fee. You pay this one-off membership fee and fill in an agreement form. We will process your ID Number here at the company and once you have an ID number you can go ahead and start selling!

 

Q7: My downline has sold machines last month, when do I receive the commission?
A7: Commission is paid out on a monthly basis and the money is dispatched to you by cheque in the mail, or into your bank account, on the 15th of each month.

 

Q8: Why has there been 48.5% tax deducted from my commission statement this month?
A8: With the introduction of the GST, Hsin Ten is obligated to deduct 48.5% tax from commission statements. If you have an ABN number, or your Hsin Ten business qualifies only as a hobby, please request a GST Advice Form from the accounts department and we can record your details so that this tax is not automatically deducted.

 

Q9: I want to sell a machine in the USA/Indonesia/Hong Kong/ Malaysia & Singapore. Can I do this through you, or should I contact the branch office?
A9: It is better if you sign up as a member of the branch office that you would like to sell through. Please contact the branch office directly and find out the details of becoming a member there. We will then send you a Certificate of Distributorship so that you can transfer you level when you sign up. However, if you are a distributor under the HTE Australia, USA, Canada or Mexico offices, you do not need to sign up again if you want to sell in these countries or to Europe.

 

Q10: Can I sell the Chi Machine or any of the other Hsin Ten products as retail items?
A10: No, Hsin Ten Enterprise (Aust) Pty Ltd only functions as a Multi Level Marketing Company and all distributors who sign up with Hsin Ten Australia agree to sell the products in a MLM capacity.

 

Q11: Does the Sun Ancon Chi Machine and/or other Hsin Ten products have a warranty?
A11: Hsin Ten products have a 14 day money back guarantee and have a two year warranty on the Chi Machine. For other products, we offer 1 year warranty with the exception of E-Power Belt which we only offer 6 month warranty.
